| Qualifications: |
- Graduation in Civil Engineering preferably Exposure to Environment Infrastructure.

| Work Experience: |

Minimum 20 years of work experience, out of which 5 years proven track record in heading Projects functions in a large infrastructure industry.

| Responsibilities: |
- Drive the projects function through planning and execution of projects across the country.
- To complete the projects in time - guiding the project managers.
- Commercial aspects of executing projects, contracts, negotiations and bidding process.
- Periodic review, plan and report to the management through MIS & make timely interventions.
- Cost control & efficiency.
- To lead a team of engineers from diverse backgrounds working at various locations in the country.
- To motivate and guide projects team to perform and ensure retention of personnel.
- To effectively coordinate with various interdisciplinary functions.

| Desired profile: |
- Experience in project planning, design and execution including Quality and Quantity surveys.
- Should possess knowledge and track record in bidding, tendering, contracting infrastructure projects.
- Interface with engineering.
- Techno-commercial skills in execution of civil engineering projects.
- To have good communication skills with multi-location project teams.
- Ability to handle projects in remote areas and sites.
- Liaison with government & non-government organizations.
- Ability to exercise complete control of the projects all over the country.
