| Qualifications: |
- Engineering Graduate (Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical) with 4-5 years experience or M.Sc. Chemistry. Diploma in Environmental Sciences is an advantage.

| Work Experience: |
- Minimum 5-7 years of work experience, out of which 1 year proven track record in heading a team in a manufacturing / process unit.

| Responsibilities: |
- Heading Municipal Waste Management facility.
- Organize and manage activities like door to door collection of waste, transportation of waste, transport vehicle management, transfer station management, landfill management, sorting and composting management, leachate treatment management.
- Complying to statutory requirement for operating a Municipal Waste Management facilities in terms of current environmental, safety, Directorate of Factories, labour laws and motor vehicles act.
- To liaison with the Municipal authorities, local bodies and Pollution Control Board.
- To meet the projected turnover of the project in terms of operations and revenue.
- Team building, operations and maintenance of plant.
- Periodic review, plan and report to the management through MIS & make timely interventions.
- Responsible for all insurances required for the facility.
