| Qualifications: |
- Engineering Graduate (Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical) with 5 years experience or M.Sc. Chemistry with 7 years of experience. Diploma in Environmental Sciences will be an advantage.

| Work Experience: |
- Minimum 5-10 years of work experience, with 5 years experience in heading plant in a manufacturing / process unit.
|
| Responsibilities: |
- To meet the projected turnover of the project in terms of operations and revenues.
- Heading Hazardous Industrial Waste Treatment, Storage and Disposal facility.
- Complying with statutory requirement for operating a Industrial Waste Treatment, Storage and Disposal facility in terms of current environmental, safety, Directorate of Factories, labour laws.
- To liaison the Pollution Control Board.
- Team building, operations and maintenance of plant.
- Periodic review, plan and report to the management through MIS & make timely interventions.
- Responsible for all insurances required for the plant.

- Should be well versed in working with systems & Processes.
- Experience in running operations will be an advantage.
- Should be able to manage stakeholders.
