| Qualifications: |

A graduate in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering. MBA is preferred.

| Work Experience: |

Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of large fleet management and logistics of not less than 200 numbers along with preventive maintenance techniques.
|
| Responsibilities: |
- Organize the operation of transfer stations.
- To organize a fleet of long hauls vehicles of 25 tons (GVW).
- Planning and organizing the preventive maintenance of the fleet achieving 95% as road operations.
- To manage operations of Municipal Solid Waster transfer stations.
- Manage, lead and motivate a team of people.
- Stakeholder engagement.

| Desired profile: |
- Ability to lead a large group of qualified engineers, skilled and unskilled workers.
- Computer knowledge is a must.
- The incumbent should have knowledge of Telugu language.
