| Qualifications: |
- (minimum & desired) BE / BTech./Diploma (Civil) with MBA

| Work Experience: |
- Min. 8-15 years of experience in Business Development field in infrastructure industry
- Soft skills viz. attitude, integrity etc

| Core Purpose of the Role : |
- Exploring new areas of business for contracts, preparing tendering strategy, new sectors development, nurturing private clients & developing new customers
- Business expansion in core areas of competency
- Exploring Joint ventures, tie-ups, partnerships with like-minded organizations
- Scanning newspapers for tenders, identifying suitable tenders, seeking advice of management / Tender cell for bidding, obtaining tender documents, preparation of tender documents for submission in co-ordination with tender cell
- Ensuring Submittal of PQ documents
- Follow up quotes with clients with a view to obtain maximum number of contracts
- Maintain good relations and close liaison with consultants, clients & Client Representatives for securing business
- Liaison with Government and Government agencies w.r.t. contracts business
