| Qualifications: |
- Masters in Business Administration or (equivalent) from premier business schools with specialization in Marketing

| Work Experience: |
- Candidate should have overall experience of minimum 15 years out of which minimum 5 years should be from Real estate industry
|
| Responsibilities: |
Business Plan
- Create a Business Plan for the project, key highlights, roll-out plan, key success factors and risks
- Generate and analyze the market information and arrive at suitable product mix
- Supervising end-to-end completion of contracts starting from idea generation, concept development, requirement gathering, proposal making and client acquisition to the closure of the contract
- Evaluating and developing contingency plans in anticipation of ever changing facility space requirements as well as recommending appropriate occupancy alternatives/solutions
Key Account Management
- Initiate and develop relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for securing profitable business deals from clients in various sectors viz., government and corporate
- Manage the clients expectations and build relationships
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Identify and develop new streams for long term revenue growth and maintain relationships with customers to achieve repeat/referral business
Product Development
- Drive product development and innovation based on market, customer and product research.
- Evaluate the potential, practicality and financial feasibility of product concepts for development
Resource Planning
- Shall be responsible for developing an organogram, creating job description and staffing
