| Work Experience: |
- 16-18 years experience in real Estate industry
- Key expertise: Experience in township development / horizontal development is mandatory. Experience in construction of high end villas is also desirable

| Roles & Responsibilities: |
- Responsible for Survey, Planning, Designing, Engineering and budgeting for the Projects
- Assist in appointing Architects/ Consultants/ PMCs and Contractors
- Developing, implementing and monitoring all systems and processes related to planning, designing, contracting, procurement and execution of the projects
- Evaluating and approve construction methods in line with best industry standards
- Monitoring the progress and other project parameters at site and reporting with MIS
- Completion of execution within agreed quality, time and cost parameters
- Inspect and review execution to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations
- Monitoring the Project for Actual Vs Budgeted Cost and other variances
- Assist in obtaining all statutory approvals required for smooth functioning and completion of the Projects
- Responsible for value engineering and cost cutting initiatives for the projects
- Support other groups of the company with technical and other details for their workings
- Providing leadership, technical guidance and motivation to the project team.

| Desired Profile: |
- Experience of working in large companies engaged in development of various kinds of real estate projects, viz. residential apartments, bungalows, commercial office spaces, retail etc.
- Should have been actively involved in a leadership position in the planning, design, budgeting and estimating of at least 4 large real estate projects
- Should have expert and updated knowledge of construction methodologies, construction materials, economics of various technologies
- Should be able to implement and monitor quality control systems and processes
- Strong Interpersonal Skills with Cross Functional Experience
