| Work Experience: |
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in Finance and Accounting
|
| Responsibilities: |
- Prepare CMA, Financial Projections, DPR documents and any financial documents as may be required for commercial borrowings and Term Loans from Financial Institutions and Banks
- Independently handle Finance and accounting function as per Indian GAPP
- Be able to lead a team of accountants
- Liaison and presence to independently handling relationship at senior levels of banks and financial institutions
- Reporting to CFO and would be in-charge of all financial functions of the group
- Finalization of quarterly and annual accounts
- CMA documents for banks
- Responsible for Statutory audit
- Regular financial planning and provide MIS on availability status
- Preparation of financial Models for BOOT projects

| Desired profile: |
- Experienced in handling works contract tax, service tax and corporate income tax
- Should have banking background
- Should be a self starter and help building good consortium and banking and financial institutions relationships
- Generating MIS reports (preferred)
- Distinct negotiation skills are expected
- Knowledge and training in US GAPP & IFRS
- Working in an ERP environment preferably ORACLE Financials
- Experience from infrastructure industry is preferred
- Should have good analytical and communication skills
