| Qualifications: |
- B.Tech/B.E or M.Tech/M.E in Electrical Engineering.

- 15 - 20 Years experience in Electrical Field

| Responsibilities: |
- Draft out short term and long term strategic business plans and POA to achieve them and adherence to the same.
- Ensuring compliance with organizational systems and procedures.
- Ensuring for proper project planning, monitoring, review and control to ensure timely completion as per Company's norms.
- Cost monitoring and control of projects within budget.
- To verify and approve purchases related to projects under control within the approved project budget.
- Ensuring procurement/mobilization and proper maintenance of Plant & Equipment at sites.
- Maintain cordial relations with consultants, clients and client representatives.
- Liaison with Government and Government agencies w.r.t tenders and contracts.
- Supervisors License from Licensing Board.
- Responsible for Contract Administration.
- Ensure Quality Control and Quality Assurance at sites.
- Ensuring Safety & Security at sites under control as per norms.
- Exploring new areas of business for contracts, preparing contracting strategy, new sectors development, nurturing private client and developing new customers.

| Desired profile: |
- Work Experience in WTP, STPs, Buildings and Substations is desirable.
- Should possess good influencing skills.
- Presentable, clarity in communication & objective driven.
- Good analytical skills where the incumbent understands the impact on organization and systems.
- Leadership skills & team orientation.
