- Overall in-charge of Financial & Accounts Management, transparency, financial discipline in the organization operations.
- Fund Management - short term & long term.
- Managing Capital Market matters.
- Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and operational plans, projects, programs and systems.
- To suggest and optimize Cost Borrowing options by right mix.
- Create and evaluate the finance programs and supporting information systems of the company (budgeting, assessment of funding requirements, tax planning and assets).
- Develop relationships and negotiate terms with banks, financial institutions for smooth flow of funds & services.
- To handle complex financial requirements and closely liaise with Project Heads for clear fund flow.
- Preparation of Business Plans.
- Costing analysis.
- Legal compliances, liaison with government agencies.
- To devise and implement excellent MIS and monitor periodical utilization of funds and suggest rigorous procedures for Cost Cutting and timely execution of projects.
